We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and purpose-driven individual to join our Global Prairie team as Director, Digital & Technology. In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital strategies that drive impactful results for our clients. As Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving strategy for a diverse range of digital initiatives, including website development, CRM, email marketing, online advertising, SEO, and data analytics. Your leadership will be crucial not only in leveraging technology to enhance our clients' digital presence and achieve their strategic goals, but in enhancing and expanding our Global Prairie offerings and capabilities in digital marketing. Strong candidates for this specific role will demonstrate:
- Experience creating and executing digital strategies with proven results
- Extensive knowledge in omnichannel marketing, including digital strategy at the intersection of website development, customer relationship management (CRM), email marketing, online advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), demand generation, data and analytics
- Interest and proficiency in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to help support and drive digital strategy
- Experience working cross functionally with other company leaders
- A growth mindset and desire to help expand and evolve the digital marketing capabilities within Global Prairie
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Constantly assess the Global Prairie landscape of digital offerings and provide consistent recommendations for streamlining and optimizing our agency approach in this area
- Serve as a thought leader and boundary pusher internally and externally, developing industry-leading approaches to digital storytelling and online customer engagement that drive meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes for clients
- Develop and oversee digital strategy that seamlessly and effectively integrates with the larger marketing communications strategies in place, delivering ideas and solutions that enhance reach and effectiveness for websites, campaigns, and customer journeys
- Provide strategic direction to account teams for brands across the digital ecosystem, developing unique strategies and building upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives.
- Write, produce and present client-facing proposals, presentations, strategic plans and other materials, both independently and in collaboration with internal teams, gaining the trust of our clients by telling a concise and compelling story to explain our strategies and approach.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and agency partners, providing support and guidance during strategy, ideation, and execution.
- Evaluate and present campaign results directly to clients, making strategic and data-informed recommendations for enhanced performance and future strategies
- Take ultimate responsibility for digital campaign integrity with data privacy, cookie compliance and security regulations and requirements, including industry-specific requirements
- Work closely with Associates and Managers in Digital & Technology, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure innovative and effective strategies and help position Global Prairie an innovative leader in digital marketing excellence
Additionally, the ideal candidate meets these qualifications:
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience, with prior roles in an agency or other fast-paced setting and demonstrated increasing responsibility
- Proficiency in demand generation across search, social and display as well as SEO a plus
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo or SalesForce Marketing Cloud a plus
- Proficiency in analytics strategy and platforms, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics a plus
- Experience working with Kentico CMS a plus
- Willingness and availability to travel periodically
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. - Expected Compensation Range: $95,000 – $150,000

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS
The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
