About the Company Looking for an HR Generalist:

Our client, a leading service company in the Greater Tampa Bay area, is seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Generalist to join their dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: The HR Generalist will be responsible for:

Taking charge of the recruiting process for various departments - screening candidates, assisting with interviews, scheduling and initiating the onboarding process for new employees
The HR Generalist will assist with employee relations including FMLA, worker's compensation, benefits and other duties as assigned

Qualifications: The successful HR Generalist candidate will possess the following qualifications:

4+ years of steady experience in a similar HR role
Exceptional communication skills and highly organized
Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive attitude.
