What we are looking for

We are looking for a full-time Office Assistant to be based in our Long Beach Headquarters 5 days/week.

How you can make an impact

Clerical tasks to maintain and service files and records and process simple documents.
Sorts, codes, and files unclassified material by simple (subject matter) headings or partly classified material by finer sub-headings.
May act as backup for phones.
May serve as Key-Operator for copy machines. Including copying and binding reports and proposals.
Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail. Collects, weighs, and wraps packages; determines postage for outgoing mail; maintains postage meter logs.
Assists with record keeping maintenance including packing and file storage (on and off-site).
Miscellaneous office labor including managing supplies, files and office furniture and running errands.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Prefer 1 year of related office experience.
Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing required.

Pay Range

USD $25.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
