Salary: Up to $23 /HR based on experience

Responsibilities

Assists the Doctor and Practice Manager to ensure that procedures and practices to provide quality care are upheld by the Business Associate team.
Actively participates in the training, growth, and development of Business Associate team members.
Helps ensure efficient and optimal operations by seeking patient referrals, maintaining equipment, utilizing supplies cost-effectively, and posting patient charges accurately. Appropriate follow-up on other duties as assigned.
Personally, contribute to a culture that delivers an exceptional patient experience, and a caring positive relationship with team members.
Ensures telephone is answered in a timely and professional fashion.
Ensures all insurance is verified and communicated to clinical staff and patients.
Ensures all financial obligations are communicated with the patient and properly credited when payment is received.
Follows scheduling guidelines.
Actively participates in recall program to ensure goals are achieved.

Qualifications

High school diploma
Have strong communication skills
Have an eagerness to learn and grow
Must pass background and drug background check
