You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

Communicate proactively and show compassion with homeowners and business owners who have experienced a traumatic loss
Perform hands-on projects that include the following trades: Drywall, painting, trim, flooring, etc.
Find a way to overcome obstacles during the reconstruction process
Produce quality repairs and finished projects through efficient management of resources
Manage and perform punch-out completion to finalize projects

You would own and are accountable to hit the following numbers

Days from substantial completion to job closure (punch list management)

Job Requirements

1-2 years experience in multi-trade construction supervision.
Must possess and show trade skills in rough and finish carpentry, light plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, painting, drywall patching and finishing, etc.
Clean driving record.
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
