Additional Compensation Details:

$24.00 per hour Dependent on Experience
Potential 90-day performance-based raise
Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

Responsibilities

Shift Times

6:00am to 4:30pm, with flexibility for weekends and holidays required

The Role

This position is responsible for Administrative tasks including but not limited to: Scheduling inbound loads, receiving paperwork, printing all worksheets and labels, entering and updating transfers, researching open purchase orders, communicating with the Buyers on purchase order issues, and maintaining spreadsheets of data related to received shipments.

This position will move between two different company locations: the receiving office on site and the staging yard in a remote office on 1st Avenue. Both locations are located within the same city block.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

Must have previous experience with MS Office, with skills at intermediate level in Excel
Must have previous experience as receiving clerk or similar position
Basic math and recording abilities
Excellent interpersonal human relations and teaming skills
Able to work independently
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail and strong follow through
Excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations

Preferred Skills and Experience

Previous retail experience with produce
Previous wholesale produce experience

Supplemental Information

Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
