This position serves to provide technical maintenance, setup, and support of all company networks and infrastructures to promote performance and reliable connectivity through the Grace Stakeholders organization. They are required to work with co-workers within the organization in maintaining security and data integrity within the corporation as well as provide end-user support when necessary. We will consider a hybird working condition.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Maintenance and support
- Help with new company Acquisition setups
- Maintain Backups and security platforms
- Work with outside support on technical/setup of devices, software, and connectivity
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Maintain Server updates
- Manage and Maintain Network devices and firmware updates
- Assist in maintaining and keeping of records
- Troubleshoot and support of end-user issues when needed
Travel:
May require some travel within the state by automobile. May be required to travel outside of the state or internationally by air. Overall travel is not expected to be more than 20% of annual work but may require more or less depending on circumstances.
Education and Experience:
- Required: Minimum High School Diploma with 2 years’ work experience in a related field or a 2-year degree in the technology field plus one year work experience in a related field.
- Must have good communication and interactive skills with others
- Good understanding of corporate networks, LAN and WAN connections for remote locations
- Good working knowledge of network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and servers
- Open minded and willing to work as a team player
- IT related certifications are always a plus
- Willingness to work in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit or stand in a stationary position up to 100% of the time
- Must be able to walk in an office and production environment up to 100% of the time
- Must be able to exchange accurate and concise information verbally in person and on the phone
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
