Position Overview

This role is designed to serve as a trusted business partner to deliver personal and timely support to the Co-CEO’s. It also serves as the eyes and ears for the Executive Team, connecting the group to the organization, key projects, and critical business information.

Role & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following, as other duties may be assigned:

Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, memos, and preparing communications on behalf of executives
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and planning the logistics of meetings
Aid in the development of presentation deliverables
Assist with managing executive’s calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Coordinate travel arrangements, events, meetings – both internally and externally
Effectively communicate with external clients when required
Organize or lead projects assigned by Executives
May be required to attend training, meetings, or seminars
Catamount has offices across the US; occasional travel may be required

Skills & Qualifications

7 years of experience in administrative roles supporting and interfacing with Executive or C-Suite leadership preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be able to organize, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
High level of proofreading skills and attention to detail
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat, Teams, Zoom and Internet
Developed level of emotional intelligence
Ability to work independently
Strong research skills and ability to discern and present applicable material
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Working knowledge of Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Management Framework (or ability to learn).

Compensation

In addition to offering competitive base pay ($90,000 - $110,000), Catamount employees are eligible for additional incentives for merit/performance, profit sharing, new hire referral bonuses, and business development commissions.
