Accounting Coordinator / Admin – onsite

The Accounting Coordinator / Admin will join a fast-growing company and a dedicated and energetic team.

Overview of the Accounting Coordinator / Admin position:

Monitor general email inbox – manage and/or route requests to appropriate personnel
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the Accounting Department
Interact daily with satellite business locations via phone and email
Run daily and weekly reports for the accounting team
General office support

Preferred Qualification for the Accounting Coordinator / Admin:

Solid organization skills and strong attention to detail – able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Effective communicator at all levels of the organization with a customer service mindset to research and find solutions
Basic understanding of accounting/order processes
Experience in an office administration role - tech savvy and comfortable navigating new systems
