The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in a manufacturing environment, and skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for directing, establishing, promoting, and maintaining specific programs and initiatives within designated customer base including large and/or critical accounts. Effectively assist customers’ operational strategies to achieve timely and cost effective solutions. Maximize communications, job planning and service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Essential Functions
- Manages program to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
- Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing program, directs and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases or program.
- Proactively communicates with and seeks feedback from customers. Drives outstanding customer value and loyalty. Seeks to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Reviews reports and records activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
- Prepares program reports for superiors.
- Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.
- Effectively communicates goals to the team and communicates with the wider organization when required.

Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 5 years of contract manufacturing experience
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 10 years of related experience
