DCS is looking for someone with experience specifically related to Department of Defense Security functions and the capability to support assigned security tasks and support personnel in the analysis, support, specialty, security/or functional capability of the task. The Contractor shall provide analytical and technical security management support for daily operations functions managed by the USG. The Contractor shall interact and coordinate with lateral organizations or external agencies to facilitate day-to-day operations of the ACS Directorate. Essential Job Functions: Provide analytical and technical security management support for daily operations functions managed by the USG. You will interact and coordinate with lateral organizations or external agencies to facilitate day-to-day operations of the ACS Directorate Assist with the implementation of the Information Security Program to ensure classified material is protected according to DOD, USAF, AFMC and local directives. Assist with the implementation of the Industrial Security program to ensure all industrial security rules and policies are followed according to DOD, UAAF, AFMC and local directives. This also includes providing support for DD 254 Forms and sending/receiving visit request approvals and other projects assigned. Provide assistance in completing personnel security investigation paperwork, review packages for accuracy and assist with tracking personnel security clearances. This includes maintaining a Defense Information System for Security (DISS) account at all times to receive and send visits and perform other personnel security action in the program. Working in a secure facility assisting the staff with office functions. This includes sending and receiving faxes; generating and receiving visit certifications, managing conference room schedule, tracking personnel security packages and updating internal databases. Assist with the implementation of the Resource Protection, Force Protection, Operations (OPSEC) Security, and Anti-Terrorism (AT) programs in accordance with DOD, USAF, AFMC and local directives. Assist with the development and maintenance of time-phased, event-driven Security Classification Guides (SCGs), Program Security Directives (PSDs) Technology Assessment and Control Plans (TA/CPs) and Program Protection Plans (PPPs). Provide security support for all aspects of system security, technology control and program protection planning. Assist in the development of an Acquisition IA Strategy for USG systems. The Contractor shall provide assistance on the Acquisition IA Strategy to organize, coordinate, identify, and satisfy IA requirements consistent with DoD policies, standards, and architectures. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. A High School Diploma plus 15 years of experience, a Bachelors degree plus 12 years or a Masters and 10 years of experience. Active TS/SCI clearance. Must be familiar with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, Physical Security Standards for Special Access Program Facilities. Desired Skills: Special Access Program Experience. Experience as a gov't security manager.
