As the Talent Strategist you’ll be both a visionary and an executor, designing creative talent strategies while also…

Embracing the employee-owner mindset and demonstrating the value of becoming an ISG employee-owner.
Fostering long-term connections with candidates and developing proactive approaches to market challenges.
Establishing ISG as an employer of choice through memorable conversations and impactful employer branding initiatives.
Identifying and attracting high-performing professionals by leveraging a full team’s expertise, strengths, and industry networks.

The Talent Strategist may have these qualifications…

5-15 years in strategic type role like business development, marketing, sales,or related field.
Ability to travel across ISG office locations as needed.
(Bonus!) Experience working with ESOPs.
