Position Overview: We are seeking an HR Administrator/Office Manager to join our growing team. As an HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with relevant HR regulations. As an Office Admin, you will support administrative tasks set forth by the company Controller. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess strong communication skills, is well-organized, practices discretion with sensitive employee information, and demonstrates an intermediate level of computer acumen.

Core Responsibilities

Onboarding new hires
Assist hiring managers with recruiting
Running payroll
Phone system administration and lead intake
Assisting with benefits administration
Maintaining office equipment and supplies
Assisting the Controller with other administrative tasks, as needed

Proactive communication regarding opportunities/issues in the department
Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ
Positive attitude and a can-do mentality
Ability to multi-task
Continuous learner

Schedule

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Job Requirements

High school diploma/GED required
Experience and skill with Microsoft Office application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
Some HR experience preferred, but not required
Experience in QuickBooks online, Xactimate, Restore 365 preferred, but not required
Experience with insurance claims preferred, but not required
Verbal and written communication skills
Dependable and adaptable
Able to operate within a fast-paced work environment
Excellent multitasking & organizational skills
