As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the helm for the project team. You will partner with the Senior Superintendent to deliver successful projects while creating an environment where everyone flourishes. You will own project responsibility from inception to completion. Some of the ways you will apply thoughtful leadership to this role:
- You will work closely with Executives, Directors, Owners, Designers, and Subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment, building stronger relationships, and promoting the WEO brand.
- You will serve as a primary point of contact with the Owner, Consultants, Subcontractors and WEO project teams.
- You will pilot project cost control and profitability by developing and driving budgets, projections, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting.
- You will provide strategic oversight of the team and hold final authority on critical project decision-making.
- You will function as the bridge between Estimating and Operations, participating in project pursuits, supporting the bid process, preparing scopes of work, and negotiating work orders.
- You will partner with the Senior Superintendent to guide project progress, manage construction schedules, and quickly resolve issues to ensure timely completion. You will coach and mentor others in the organization and receive coaching and mentoring in-kind.
