Your Impact

As a Senior Project Superintendent, you will pilot all jobsite activities. You will partner with the Senior Project Manager to steer our team to success. Some of the ways you will apply thoughtful leadership to this role:

You will lead the planning and execution of all jobsite activities, including site logistics plans, quality control plans, and site safety programs.
You will be the project leader of safety and always promote a strong safety culture on the project with all WEO staff and tradesmen.
You will set the standard by developing and maintaining schedules.
You will coordinate and manage vital field operations such as reporting, inspections and testing, material deliveries and subcontractor activities while ensuring constant communication between the field and office staff.
You will partner with the Senior Project Manager to understand and ensure project cost control measures are achieved.
You will manage and mentor staff, as well as foster strong relationships with all subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
You will seek out and support new business opportunities via current and past Owners, subcontractors, and trade partners.
