Requirements:

Experience in plant start-up, expansion, or implementing EHS programs from early stages
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, EHS, Environmental or related field
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (STPS / OSHA / environmental)
Experience working directly with Plant Manager and site leadership
Advanced English required

Key Responsibilities:

Lead EHS programs in a metal-mechanical / HVAC manufacturing environment (LOTO, PPE, machine safety, ergonomics, confined spaces, hazardous materials)
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations (STPS, OSHA, air permits, wastewater, hazardous waste)
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; drive action closure
Deliver EHS training and promote a strong safety culture
Track and present EHS KPIs to plant leadership
Drive sustainability initiatives (water, waste, emissions reduction)
Partner with plant and global teams on continuous improvement
Oversee on-site medical services and occupational health programs
