SCJ Alliance is a 100% employee-owned engineering company headquartered in Lacey, Washington. Founded in 2006, the company specializes in civil engineering, transportation planning & design, construction management, environmental & urban planning, landscape architecture & design, and public outreach. Today, SCJ operates locations throughout Washington and has also expanded to Montana and Colorado.
In 2019, SCJ Alliance became employee-owned when they established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The ownership culture at SCJ Alliance is shaped by the values of stewardship, freedom, compassion, trust, and integrity.
