Accounting Specialist
Location: Tacoma (On-site)
Salary Range: $49,920 to $58,240

Overview of the Accounting Specialist Role:

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our client’s accounting functions. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing billing for customer accounts, including processing rebates and creating invoices.
Handling accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate collections.
Reviewing statements and processing warranty claims to maintain customer satisfaction.
Managing accounts payable (AP) invoices and processing supplier credits efficiently.
Supporting other general accounting tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Preferred Qualification for the Accounting Specialist:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Previous accounting experience with a solid understanding of debits and credits.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
