Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Fife, WA- On-site.
Salary Range: $49,920 to $56,160 DOE.
Benefits: Healthcare, vision, dental, and PTO.

Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist role:

Oversee the full cycle accounts payable (AP) process.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with vendors to address past-due bills and monthly statement reconciliations.
Match incoming bills to purchase orders and ensure all supporting documentation is in place.
Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice processing.
Maintain and update transactional logs and various spreadsheets.
Communicate with vendors via phone, fax, and email.
Assist with monthly billing processes and various office projects.

Preferred Qualification of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

A 2-year associate degree in accounting is preferred.
At least one year of previous accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Experience with QuickBooks.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to retrieve information efficiently.
Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail.
