POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator works with various internal departments to support the global marketing team. This position will be primarily responsible for leading, curating, scheduling, and interacting with all of Roeslein’s social media channels. The position will interact with the marketing team and vendor partners to develop and curate content for distribution across all social channels. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills and an in-depth knowledge of social media and social media platforms, tools, and applications. Additional responsibilities will include acting as a point of contact for marketing requests, fielding questions about department capabilities, and working with the marketing team to develop solutions. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Manager of Global Marketing and work closely with Roeslein’s Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Manager to create an in-house marketing team that works toward quarterly and yearly goals for innovation of department and company marketing and communication needs. The position will be based in-office, Monday-Friday, in our St. Louis Geyer Road location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for developing and curating content about the company’s branded social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Curate content to be posted to platforms, ensuring a well-rounded representation of products, services, culture, recruiting opportunities, and industry resources.
- Create and follow content calendars and maintain a proactive posting schedule.
- Ensure Community Guidelines and internal best practices are followed.
- Work closely with the HR team/Internal Communications to curate social content that aligns with recruitment and company culture objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for all incoming marketing requests and communicate with various departments on objectives, content, capabilities, submission deadlines, etc.
- Support the business development team in coordinating tradeshow activities, expenses, memberships, sponsorships, and on-site event attendance as needed.
- Support the global marketing representatives with graphics, templates, or digital assets to lead localized communications and engagement opportunities. Promote a culture of ownership and a safety-first mentality while driving talent development and business success.
- Support Roeslein’s Digital Marketing Specialist and HR/ Internal Communications team in creating the bi-annual company magazine.
- Supporting internal programs such as The Roeslein Way, Continuous Improvement, etc.
- Coordinating production of branded items, including company apparel, merchandise, and distribution.
- Assist with Sharepoint portals, B2B-driven marketing campaigns through HubSpot, and support for internal communications as needed.
- Support, organization, processing requests for payment, and reconciliation of marketing department invoices
- Support digital recruiting efforts as needed.
- Consult with agencies or outside vendors to support Roeslein's visual identity.
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance UX skillset and keep current with marketing standards.
- Maintain digital asset media programs and files with other team members.
- Serve as an integral Marketing team member, participating as needed in additional departmental activities, such as events, strategic initiatives, survey responses, research, administrative tasks, and other duties as requested.
- Potential for travel domestically and internationally, ranging up to 10-15% per year.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed mainly in a controlled atmosphere. Some exposure to harsh conditions for short periods is possible.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, use hands to finger and or feel; reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk and hear. Sitting 80%; standing/walking 20%. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to travel by car or plane, and overnight stays will occur occasionally.
SKILL/ KNOWLEDGE/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, or a comparable degree skill is required.
- Two (2) – Three (3) years of experience is required – can be in-house marketing team, agency, or other social media/marketing coordination experience.
- Examples of successful social media campaigns are required.
- Exceptionally high attention to detail, including maintaining the company brand standards.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, have effective time management, results, and be deadline-oriented.
- Ability to facilitate and understand feedback from various stakeholders to improve the final deliverable(s).
- A reasonable understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of corporate branding is preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – PC platform is a plus.
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
