Operations Coordinator

This role will serve as the practice operations coordinator for Mortenson Dental Partners (MDP). Manages operations projects, supports the assessment of ongoing systems, identifies training gaps, develops and implements solutions and monitors for progress. Located in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the successful completion of delegated national operations projects,
including but not limited to documenting processes and best practices, setting and
communicating goals and expectations, communicating with stakeholders and SMEs
to meet targets, developing and implementing communication and training plans.
Lead the design and delivery of regular and ongoing virtual training on MDP technical
systems and processes for team members and leaders. Plan and execute live on-site
training when warranted.
Identify operational process and systems gaps across MDP or act on requests for
training/support to develop and implement solutions. Document best practices and
standard operating procedures.
Be a front-line operational voice during systems design and roll-outs, communicating
to regional leaders and practices.
Act as a key contributor for the design element of software development - user
interface focused.
Operate as a decision maker and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for online content
design for systems, to be delivered via MDPU.
Support the onboarding of new leaders to MDP support systems and support teams,
ensuring a smooth transition into MDP systems.
Manage the Practice Operations ticket queue.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience (Preferred)
2+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of working with MDP internal systems
Clinical experience, ideally dental clinical experience (Preferred)
Extensive knowledge and familiarity of MDP systems, including but not
limited to, OpenDental, eServices, SARA, EDS, NEA, Daily Open & Close
Procedures, Clixon, CAESY, OPStops, Practice Level Insurance
Processing Procedures, UKG, Smiles360, Google Suite, Care Credit,
MDPay, MDPU, and MDPweb and reports (Preferred)
