Multi-Line Liability Claim Representative I
Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMWork Arrangement: Hybrid Schedule (After an initial 90-day training period in-office daily, employees are required to be in-office once per month and as needed for meetings or training sessions. Hybrid schedules are subject to revision based on attendance and performance.)

About the Role
The Multi-Line Liability Claim Representative I manages and adjusts assigned multi-line liability claims while providing outstanding service to our dedicated client account. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity with the potential for career progression to more advanced claim positions.
Responsibilities
As a Claim Representative I, you will:
- Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims per CCMSI standards and client requirements.
- Evaluate and negotiate medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve disputes.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys within client-authorized parameters.
- Collaborate with defense attorneys, monitor litigation, and provide oversight.
- Manage subrogation claims and report detailed claim activity, payments, and reserves.
- Ensure compliance with team Service Commitments and deliver top-tier claims service.
This position demands critical thinking, organization, and a proactive mindset to meet the high standards of our clients and company.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of liability claims or related insurance experience is required.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Licenses: An Adjuster’s License is required.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Sufficient auditory and visual acuity to interact effectively with team members and clients.
