Job Description: Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker

As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker, the primary duties and obligations include but are not limited to delivering aftermarket automotive parts and accessories over established routes or within an established territory, assisting in the warehouse stocking shelves, and performing essential clerical duties related to the warehouse. The driver must pull and stage from stock in the warehouse, load, and drive a non-commercial delivery van to deliver the products to our customers.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Accurately pull products from warehouse stock and stage outgoing orders for delivery.
Load and unload products from company delivery vehicles and accurately confirm & receive inbound shipments and returned goods.
Operate non-commercial delivery vehicles to customer's locations throughout the respective territory.
Collect COD and credit card payments from active accounts and customers.
Stock shelves, receive goods, verify inventory, and accurately record data via scanner and/or manually.
Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Must have a current driver's license
Must meet our insurance company's standard of at least 3 years driving experience with a clean record
Ability to operate a smartphone to collect customer payments and access the company timekeeping system
Basic Computer Skills – ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software and inventory database programs
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Good active listening skills
Organization and time management

Education:

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.

Exposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
Work in enclosed vehicles and open warehouse environments.
Schedule: M-F 8:30PM-5PM

Consistently lift and carry 25-50 lbs.
Safely climb platform ladders up to 12-14 feet in height.
Perform physical movements such as bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching with the body, arms, and legs.
Maintain close-range and safe-distance vision for detailed tasks.
Apply maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
Demonstrate dexterity and coordination to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects quickly.
Navigate, maneuver, and drive vehicles safely.
Engage in physical activities requiring significant use of arms, legs, and the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
