The Team You’ll Work With

As a Production Teammate, you'll be an essential part of our Spokane manufacturing team, directly contributing to the creation of the world's most beautiful and sustainable tile. This hands-on role involves mastering various stages of our production process, from raw material preparation to glazing and packaging, all while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. You'll work with a high-performing team, where cross-training and continuous improvement are key to our shared success. This position starts at $18.00.

The opportunities you will have

Crafting Tile: Prepare and mix raw materials for ceramic tile and glazes, operate production machinery, and perform intricate assembly tasks.
Quality & Inspection: Sort, lift, catch, and safely package finished tile, conducting thorough quality checks to ensure our products meet Fireclay's signature quality standards.
Inventory & Organization: Assist with pulling and organizing materials for various departments (Glaze, Mosaics, Hand Painting).
Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, diligently adhering to all safety protocols.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other production departments and support additional tasks as needed to meet production goals.

About You

Proven ability to work independently and solve practical problems with a logical approach, under general supervision.
An excellent attendance record and a strong commitment to reliability and performance.
Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work in a dynamic production setting.
Ability to regularly lift and move objects up to 50 pounds throughout a shift.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling for extended periods.
Skilled in using hands for fine motor tasks, reaching, and communicating effectively.
Experience with manufacturing and production work pace.
