We are looking for entry-level and developing technicians who want to build a long-term career in the mechanical trades. As an Apprentice in our Special Projects division, you’ll work alongside experienced HVAC and plumbing professionals, learning hands-on skills while contributing to commercial installation and equipment replacement work. What You’ll Do Assist technicians with the installation and replacement of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems. Learn and develop skills in soldering, brazing, pipefitting, ductwork, layout, and system measurement. Help with the layout and installation of commercial sheet metal duct systems. Troubleshoot and research issues under the guidance of senior mechanics. Safely operate ladders (up to 32’) and aerial lifts; work in heights and confined spaces. Read and interpret basic blueprints, cut sheets, and technical documentation. Maintain tools, materials, and jobsite cleanliness. Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and actively promote safe work habits. Perform other tasks as assigned. What You'll Need: High school diploma or GED (trade school experience is a plus). Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Ability to work in all weather conditions, various heights, tight spaces and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance English fluency with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers. Valid PA driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Ability to pass required physical, background and drug screenings. Must provide basic hand tools.
