Job Description:

Responsible for daily front desk operations, including but not limited to receiving and assisting visitors.

Responsible for the procurement of administrative supplies, such as office materials, including inventory management and maintaining records of issuance and usage.

Responsible for the management and maintenance of suppliers (e.g., catering, cleaning, and shuttle services).

Responsible for the formulation, statistics, and reporting of employee benefits.

Responsible for coordinating and arranging annual employee health check-ups.

Responsible for handling visa-related matters for certain internal staff members.

Responsible for monthly administrative expense reporting and settlement reimbursement; assisting the finance department in reviewing and mailing employee reimbursement invoices.

Support the planning and organization of daily employee activities, such as birthday parties; assist in organizing large-scale events, such as annual meetings and company trips.

Support human resources-related tasks, such as employee attendance, leave management, and commercial insurance.

Other duties assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with no specific major required.

2-5 years of relevant experience in human resources or administration, familiar with full-process operations.

Possess strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Patient, attentive to detail, responsible, and a team player.

Capable of working independently to complete tasks; proficient in common office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
