Join Cargas as a Sales Consultant and drive growth by helping customers transform their business with ERP solutions like Acumatica and Sage Intacct. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle from referral-based prospecting through close while working closely with prospects, partners, and internal teams. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales process from discovery through close and drive each opportunity forward.
Lead discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges, goals, and business processes.
Partner with the Solutions Engineer to design and present ERP solutions.
Deliver clear, compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Build and maintain a strong referral pipeline through CPA firms, technology partners, and industry organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams and software partners to support successful deal execution.
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and consistently meet sales and revenue goals.

Experience We Value

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in software, ERP, or related sales roles.
Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage effectively with senior executives and finance teams.
Knowledge of accounting and business processes with familiarity in the construction industry preferred.
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus: Experience selling ERP or SaaS solutions.
