Wachusett Brew Yard is looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality pro to serve as our Lead Ambassador-a frontline leadership role that ensures smooth service and exceptional guest experiences without formal supervisory duties. If you love craft beer, have solid restaurant chops, and enjoy energizing a team while delivering high standards, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

Serve guests with top-tier customer service and genuine hospitality
Support and guide front-of-house staff to keep service flowing smoothly
Pour beers, fill growlers, and talk guests through our offerings with confidence and enthusiasm
Foster a positive, pride-filled team environment through your presence and example
Maintain a clean, organized space that reflects our standards and values
Ensure safety and compliance, including age verification for all alcohol service
Operate POS system, handle cash drawer with accuracy, and follow opening/closing procedures

What You Bring:

Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality or bar setting
Knowledge of craft beer and a curiosity to learn more
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
A calm, confident presence and a team-first mindset
Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes loud or hot/cold environment
TIPS certification (required)
