We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. If you are passionate about quality control and continuous improvement, we invite you to become a vital part of our organization.

Requirements

Control of M&TE: gather M&TE due for calibration, database management for M&TE- maintains spreadsheets for all calibrated M&TE, generate monthly recall reports, review and maintain calibration certs. Files correspondence, records, reports, documents and related materials.
Maintains an electronic MRB database, enters and retrieves information, files reports as necessary.
Document and log supplier performance issues. Communicate with suppliers and QA Manager, maintain reporting. Manage tracking of issue. Files correspondence, records, reports, documents and related materials
Performs Calibration of GEOKON M&TE.

Your Contributions

High School Diploma with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
High attention to detail is required.
Must be able to keep numbers and letters in sequential order when reading and or recording.
Must be able to multi-task and cope with changing priorities.
