Shift Details:
Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 6:00pm
Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain productive and efficient standard work by way of continuous improvement/lean manufacturing that allows the company to be profitable and sustainable.
Executing excellent work while all safety measures are observed and abided by to ensure the safety of yourself and team members.
Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.
Promoting great interdepartmental relationships to ensure brand promise is consistently met by means of effective and respectful communication.
Staying familiar with all brands and ensuring quality products are packaged and shipped out to customers in a way that promotes a great customer experience while minimizing waste.
Safely and efficiently unloading trucks and containers that are both palletized and floor loaded.
Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.
Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate at our South Carolina location, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.
Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO.

Primary areas of focus within our Warehouse:

Small Pack
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists
- Audit orders for accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping.
- Fulfill the order in the ERP.
Receiving & Inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
- Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.    
- Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO. 
- Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.   
LTL
- Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.
- Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment.
- Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution.
