MSA has an opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer - Public Works at our Rice Lake, WI office. This is a full-time, salaried position and you will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start to finish. Responsibilities
The work you will do
- Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC
- Client relations
- Design of municipal infrastructure projects
- Assist with mentoring junior engineering staff
- Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documentsPreparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects
- Development of project funding packages with assistance from funding staff
- Shared learning in a collaborative work environment
Qualifications
What you bringSkills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
- 6+ years of civil engineering experience in a consulting firm required
- Wisconsin PE required
- Previous client liaison and project management experience or a desire to step into that role is required
- This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer. We will not provide sponsorship for this position.
