About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and deliver impactful water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This role joins our established team of electrical engineers, designers, programmers, and I&C professionals across the Pacific Northwest.

Our Electrical team is part of the Water Division, with a strong and growing presence in Puyallup, Seattle, and Spokane, Washington, as well as Portland, Oregon. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, and we welcome candidate preference for their ideal Parametrix office location.

You Will:

Lead electrical engineering design for municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater collection, distribution, and treatment facility projects.
Partner in business development and client management efforts, serving in a client-facing role with direct engagement and relationship-building responsibilities.
Foster a strong team environment, supporting collaboration, mentorship, and connection within the electrical team and broader Water Division.

You Have:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Professional Engineer (PE) license, and 10+ years of consulting experience.
Industrial power experience, including 480V power distribution, motor control (including VFDs), standby generators, National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance, and classified spaces and lighting.
Technical expertise in PLCs, SCADA systems, industrial control networks, wired/wireless telemetry, relay control logic, and process instrumentation.
Experience serving municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater clients.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $150,000-$195,000+.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
