Manufacturing Engineer

ConMet - Canton, NC location is currently looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to provide Engineering support for analyzing and improving efficiency of new and existing manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do:

Provide engineering support for the development and integration of new product lines into existing plant operations.
Identify manufacturing operations which could best benefit from engineering analysis.
Perform detailed analysis of manufacturing operations and propose modifications to improve operations.
Analyze and redesign work stations for improved ergonomics and efficiency.
Perform economic assessment of manufacturing alternatives.
Analyze material flow and proposes improvements for increased cost-efficiency.
Develop cost-effective and consistent production processes.

What You Need to Be Successful:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Program management experience
Manufacturing and Finishing processes experience and knowledge
SAP experience preferred
