Are you already running restoration jobs and ready to step into a larger leadership role? ServiceMaster Restore is looking for a Production Manager to lead our Water Mitigation, Fire Restoration, and Contents Cleaning operations.

This is an opportunity for an experienced restoration professional to manage crews, oversee job production, and help deliver exceptional results for customers and insurance partners.

What You'll Be Responsible For
• Leading daily operations for water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning
• Managing technicians and crew chiefs
• Scheduling crews and overseeing job production
• Ensuring work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations
• Monitoring job documentation, equipment usage, and timelines
• Maintaining strong communication with customers and insurance partners
• Developing and mentoring production staff

What We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who already understands restoration operations and enjoys leading teams.

You may currently be:
• A Crew Chief ready to step into leadership
• A Production Manager looking for a strong team and systems
• A Senior Technician who already runs jobs and leads crews

Requirements
✔ Restoration industry experience
✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
✔ Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and crews

Compensation & Benefits
💰 Total compensation $75K + Bonus
