Student Enrollment - Admissions Representative

Location: Aurora, CO | Campus: 100% On-Site

Hiring Range: $34.11 – $42.63 per hour

Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Your Mission

Engage & Advise: Conduct in-depth interviews and guide applicants through the enrollment process with clarity, empathy, and professional care.
Drive Enrollment: Consistently meet and exceed targets through proactive outreach (inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts) and meticulous follow-up.
Build Connections: Represent Pima Medical Institute at career fairs, local high schools, and community events to build a robust applicant pipeline.
Ensure Compliance: Uphold the highest ethical standards in alignment with Department of Education (DOE), accreditation, and institutional policies.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Financial Aid and Faculty teams to ensure a seamless, supportive "start" for every student.

Who You Are

Experienced: 3+ years in admissions, sales, or recruitment (experience in the private/proprietary education sector is a major plus).
A Persuasive Communicator: You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
Data-Informed: You are tech-savvy and comfortable managing CRM systems to track KPIs and move candidates through the enrollment funnel.
Flexible: You are available for occasional evening/weekend rotations and local travel as needed to support campus events.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we welcome equivalent professional experience.
