Associate, Client Partnership
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a well-rounded and energized Associate to join our growing Client Partnership team. In this role, the associate will support purpose-driven marketing efforts for our clients primarily in the quality-of-life sectors. An associate in client partnership is the engine that drives our team forward, responsible for client coordination, maintenance of project plans and first drafts of client deliverables. The ideal candidate is curious, has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, a team-first mindset and is looking for a fun, purpose-oriented and fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Collaborates with a cross-functional team to develop and takes responsibility for completing high quality tasks/deliverables associated with a variety of projects - as defined by the Project Brief
- Creates first drafts of deliverables - proactively identifying areas that need additional feedback, and clearly articulating questions based on an understanding of the project and client industry
- Understands connections between various project deliverables and proactively identifies opportunities for cross-project collaboration/pull-through
- Ensures all deliverables have addressed client and/or internal team feedback; ensures cross-functional team is aware of items that have not yet been addressed and collaborates with team toward a conclusion
- Exhibits strong initiative, and proactively plans for what’s next on any given deliverable
- Communicates professionally with clients and partner agencies, with little direction from account leadership
- Tracks and coordinates client communications with ability to identify and document key action items in various formats for ease of teams' understanding (e.g. agendas, status reports, activity reports, meeting recaps)
- Seeks to understand project/account finances at a high level and maintains a cost/budget mindset
- Reviews billing/time comments to confirm entries are accurate and identify if entries were incorrectly coded based on project deliverables
- Gains basic understanding of the macro industry with which a client account is associated
- Gains basic knowledge of marketing and technology tools and their role in a given project
- Completes research tasks in a timely and focused manner at the direction of account leadership, such as distilling secondary research into key takeaways
- Supports new business efforts, as requested by functional team leadership
Additionally, the ideal candidate must meet these qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience
- Relevant internships and/or entry level positions in marketing, data science, consulting, or similar
- Willingness and availability to travel
- Effective communication skills – long form written, informal spoken, and formal presentation style
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Experience working in digital marketing preferred but not required
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. - Expected compensation range: $50,000-70,000

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS
The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
