ServiceMaster DSI provides restoration in Madison, WI and surrounding areas. With continued investment in education, the latest tools and technology, and expert training, we are industry leaders in disaster restoration cleaning and are known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike. Salary starts at $90,000/year that is based on experience with $1,000 sign on bonus!

What you will do:

Oversee projects for residential & commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold and natural disasters.
Manage crews, timelines and budget
Develop relationships to build and grow accounts and manage projects. In addition to overseeing the projects from start to finish while managing contractors.
Inspect potential losses and developing a scope of service

What we're looking for:

3+ years of restoration PM experience
Xactimate Experience
Previous estimating experience
Ability to write mitigation, remediation, contents, and repair scopes
Excellent communicator
Valid driver's license
Highly organized and versed in prioritization
Previous adjuster experience desired
