Senior Test Coordinator /Analyst

Torch Technologies Inc., is seeking a Senior Test Coordinator /Analyst to support our Air & Missile Defense Business Unit.

Coordinate test activities in support of software releases in support of MDA ground test.
Develop analysis plans and methods in support of test requirements.
Analyze test data and assist in determining success of test metrics.
Use analytical tools to verify system/component performance to design requirements.
Use analytical tools to validate simulation models to real-world data.
Create documentation and/or present analysis findings and recommendations to the team and customer.
Provide input on needed software changes as indicated by analysis.

Required Skills/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience. 8 or more years of applicable progressively complex software design engineering experience.
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
Familiarity with Patriot and/or IBCS missile defense system
Proficient with Linux
Experience with Python and/or Matlab
Preparing and publishing reports/slides
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Analysis of simulation and live mission data
Ability to read and understand design documents and Interface Control Diagrams (ICDs)
Preparing and publishing reports/documents
Proficiency in written/verbal communication

Desired Skills/Experience

Link-16 experience.
Radar system experience
Launcher and interceptor experience
Command and Control experience
Working with Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS)
Verification and validation of simulation models

U.S. Citizenship Required for this Position: Yes

Job Type: Regular Full-time

Security Clearance: Secret

Schedule: M-F; 8-5

Work Location: customer site

Travel: Yes,0-10%
