Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain the inventory management system to ensure the consistency of accounts, CARDS and materials in the warehouse. The warehouse area is clearly divided, the material identification is clear, and the storage record is continuous and clear.
- Manage the receipt, receipt and storage of warehouse materials, strictly follow the requirements of the process, and timely follow up the delivery of operational materials, assist the financial department in material procurement/planning and the control and supervision of workshop production costs;
- Work with the production material preparation staff to dispatch the production materials, effectively perform the logistics functions of material storage and distribution, and timely report the abnormal situation of production materials shortage or excessive purchase to the production department;
- Responsible for the orderliness, safety, integrity and effectiveness of material management
The implementation of the partition storage management, to ensure the storage appearance;Periodically or irregularly report to the supervisor the quality of part inventory and the distribution of dull and overstocked materials, and fill in and submit the application form for disposal of dull and scrapped materials as required.
- Deliver, keep and file all kinds of original documents in the warehouse;
- Responsible for 5s and MRB area of the warehouse and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Key Required Qualification:
- Master the methods, specifications and operating procedures of in-and-out warehousing operations and warehouse management;
- Familiar with warehouse management system and related management process;
- Familiar with ERP system
- Forklift license is required
- Able to work overtime and shift
