We are currently seeking a Graphic Project Coordinator based at our Santa Ana, California location. Position starting salary will depend upon experience level.

Some RESPONSIBILITIES Include

Customer Service, answering general inquiries by telephone, emails, and/or in person in a timely and courteous manner
Obtain information from the client, computer and company archives often utilizing research skills
Maintain accurate and complete records to align with linear work flow
Vet projects from concept to design, review plans, sketches, photos, and site surveys
Generate graphic sales with malls, contractors, retailers, 3rd parties as well as cultivate new malls, and retailers while building relationships with all
Estimate each project for clients within assigned Center of Profitability to align with company margin structure
Produce work orders for all jobs
Coordinate each graphic project with multiple parties
Process each request with accounting to review contracts, submit COI's, invoices, and issue PO's and lien waivers.
Follow through on all requests to completion (i.e. Installs, service, removal)
Manage all financial details of projects, including budgeting/estimating, material costs and subcontractor/vendor costs

Qualifications

2 – 3 years of professional project coordination or similar experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized with razor-sharp attention to detail & strong customer service mindset.
Excellent time management and problem solution skills.
Manage multiple projects at the same time and ability to work with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities.
