Employment type: part-time, contract (15 hours per week)

Travel requirements: local travel only

About the role: We are seeking a Lead Ambassador for a THC Seltzer brand. The Lead Ambassador will be responsible for key development in one of the brand's priority markets. This role is fully remote and requires around 15 hours per week of work in collaboration with the G7 internal team and the Client.

Lead Ambassador's Responsibilities:

Creates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, local community, distributor partners, influencers, and local partners while continuously promoting the brand
Builds, implements, and manages consumer activation strategies, programs and events
Executes flawless promotional events, providing product education with key on-premise account, grassroots sampling, product drops, and other events
Works closely with the Client team and Agency leads to ensure streamlined communication is received
Fosters deep relationships with target consumers and brand fans through in-person engagements and social media
Creates two (2) social media posts per week to provide brand presence through social networks
Develops area brand awareness through trial and and sampling opportunities at on-premise accounts
Drive brand sales
Provides weekly performance recaps and tracking for KPIs, including consumer engagement, brand awareness, on-premise executions, and competitive activity
Captures consumer data and drives lead generation through digital sweepstakes and data collection initiative at brand activations, events, and key consumer moments

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent marketing and/or sales experience
21+ due to the nature of the product
Preferred minimum of one year of on-premise promotional experience with brands and/or distributors
Entry-level event execution and product sampling experience
Knowledge of THC and/or alcohol industries
Ability to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, as the role requires
Valid driver's license and clean background, reliable mode of transportation
Resides in the local market, and has strong knowledge of the college campus, student organizations, community events, and surrounding bar and restaurant scene
Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership in the market
Ability to build and maintain warm relationships with on-premise accounts in the local market
Organically passionate about the brand and willing to thoroughly understand the brand's initiatives
Outgoing, active, warm personality; passionate about interacting with people
Significant social following (1k+ followers) and knowledge of the social media landscape
Social media content creation experience preferred
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written, virtual, and in-person)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite

Work environment:

Virtual and Onsite within the local market at on-premise accounts and other locations, both indoors and outdoors
This position requires the ability to travel locally. The role will also require the Lead Ambassador to occasionally carry items up to 30 lbs, sit, stand, walk, and use digital communication tools and social media
