Job Overview
We are seeking a hunter-style and results-driven Territory Business Manager to manage an assigned sales territory, grow existing accounts, and aggressively pursue new commercial business opportunities. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for delivering results. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact while driving growth and building lasting customer partnerships.

The territory for this position includes the Fayetteville, Greenville, Jacksonville, and Wilmington areas.

Objectives of this Role
• Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and aggressively pursuing new business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Fishman Flooring Solutions professionally
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the assigned sales territory, including account development and retention
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and order fulfillment
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
• Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions at trade shows, events, and customer meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven ability to discover and develop new accounts
• Strong understanding of customer service excellence
• Highly motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience working with a robust CRM system
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications
• 3 years of commercial sales and/or specification experience
• Familiarity with B2B sales environments and specification selling
• Ability to manage complex pricing structures and large product catalogs
• Experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred
