Description

Join Thermcraft as an Electrical Support Technician, where you will play a key role in seamlessly integrating various technical components, electrical and mechanical systems, and providing on-site customer support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate documentation. We are seeking someone with expertise in electrical controller integration, high and low voltage circuitry, and electrical print troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. This role focuses on seamlessly integrating and supporting various technical components, ensuring optimal functionality and performance at the production facility or may require travel up to 25% on-site at customer locations.#ZV

Primary Responsibilities:

System Integration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse technical components seamlessly.Ensure smooth interactions between electrical and mechanical systems.Collaboration:Work closely with engineering teams to understand project requirements.Collaborate with end-users to address technical integration needs.Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of technical integration processes.

Utilize relevant software tools for documentation purposes.

Requirements

Education:

Associate degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Information Technology, etc.) or 2 years of experience in electrical engineering position.

Experience:

Proven experience in technical integration or related roles.
Familiarity with CAD tools and relevant software applications.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail in technical integration processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements:

Sit and stand daily
Lift at least 25 pounds infrequently
