Job Responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures.
- Research inquiries and provide solutions.
- Keep the pipeline full and work to improve the process.
- Timely and accurately record work and results.
- Act as a representative of our client, addressing or resolving inquiries from taxpayers via multiple channels: email, phone, fax, etc.
- Process inbound correspondence and forms.
- Resolve problems using standard procedures; looking for ways to improve overall client experience.
- Update, maintain, or access taxpayer accounts, transactions, or documents in proprietary system.
- Ensure required documentation is received and completed correctly.
- Successfully complete basic training.
- Competent in identifying qualified targets for Discovery.
- Able to meet department productivity and quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Professional, respectful demeanor in communicating with taxpayers, clients, and team.
- Maintain a deep understanding of complex municipal codes.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Sales experience a plus.
Compensation
The starting base salary for this Fresno position is expected to be between $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
