Portfolio Valuation Analyst

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate valuation? Join our client's dynamic real estate firm as a Portfolio Valuation Analyst and play a crucial role in assessing and managing property values across our client's extensive portfolio.

About Our Client:

They are a leading real estate firm specializing in a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Their firm is dedicated to innovation, excellence, and growth, and they are seeking a talented individual to enhance their valuation and analysis capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct Valuations: Perform comprehensive valuations of properties within our portfolio using various methodologies including income, market, and cost approaches.
Analyze Market Trends: Evaluate market trends and economic conditions to assess the impact on property values and portfolio performance.
Prepare Reports: Generate detailed valuation reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including senior management and investment teams.
Data Management: Maintain and update property data, financial records, and valuation models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Support Decision-Making: Provide analytical support for investment decisions, acquisitions, and dispositions by delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate: Work closely with asset managers, acquisition teams, and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and portfolio management.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in real estate valuation, financial analysis, or a related field. Experience with portfolio management is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, MAI) are a plus.
Skills: Strong proficiency in valuation techniques, financial modeling, and real estate market analysis. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with valuation software (e.g., Argus) are preferred.
Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
