Job Title: Part-Time Accounting Assistant
Hours: 24 hours per week (if desired, there is potential that this role could become full time!)

About Us:
Our client is a global real estate services firm with a reputation for excellence. This client is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to support their accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for numbers, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our accounting functions while working in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile invoices, statements, and general ledger accounts
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Support with data entry and filing
Assist with ad hoc finance projects and administrative tasks as needed
Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

Previous experience in accounting or finance (experience in real estate is a plus)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
