Basic Function
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the concierge to new and existing clients through the early stages of the home buying or selling process. Top candidates must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are rapidly growing & expanding our Sales Conversion Department. We are seeking full-time, highly motivated people to be part of this innovative division of Churchill Mortgage.
Responsibilities
(Note: The following duties are typical of those performed by this role. Other related duties may also be performed. Incumbents may not necessarily perform all of the duties listed.)
- Serve as a concierge to new clients, as well as serve past clients who are looking to refinance or purchase a home
- Represent Churchill Mortgage in a professional manner
- Use scripts to identify a prospect situation, screen, record information, and connect with a Home Loan Specialist or branch
- Correspond with customers via phone, email, text, or chat
- Perform various tasks to support the Sales Conversion department's commitment to each branch for calls or projects
- Determine the needs of clients through effective listening and questioning skills
- Make outbound calls to identify client's needs and respond by providing superior service and resolution
- Answer rollover calls and direct to appropriate team member
- Track and record daily activity within the Lead Management System
- Demonstrate proficiency with Lead Management CRM System - able to move seamlessly through records, search & find, add new records, review history, change status, identify duplicate, etc.
- Make an average of 130 calls per day to prospective clients that have inquired about a mortgage.
- Guide customers through a short form loan application online
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience
Must have financial services experience. Direct experience in the mortgage industry preferred, but not required. Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required.
Schedule
We are hiring 2 individuals for this position.
Position 1: Hybrid position with a 4 day workweek, 10 hour shifts.
- Saturday & Sunday, remote: 9am – 7pm
- Monday & Tuesday, in office: 9am- 7pm
Position 2: In office position, Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm
Computer Skills
Moderate to Proficient experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). Experience working with CRM system. Experience with Chat via the web is also preferred, but not required.

Compensation
- Hourly rate of $17.00/hour
- Bonus $1,200 - $2,000/Month based off production
- Additional Incentive plan available for completed loan applications
