Engineering Operations Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Analyst to join our team. This role requires a combination of technical analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving abilities to support engineering decisions and optimize our projects' performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering principles, data analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analyses of engineering data to identify trends, root causes, and performance improvement opportunities.
Support engineering teams in developing and implementing solutions to address identified challenges and optimize processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance, to provide data-driven insights that guide project decisions.
Generate technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and status updates to stakeholders.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning for engineering projects, including lifecycle cost analysis and reliability studies.
Utilize engineering software and tools to model, simulate, and predict performance outcomes for various engineering scenarios.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, engineering best practices, and emerging technologies that can enhance analysis methodologies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by applying analytical techniques to enhance overall efficiency and quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
12 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in engineering analysis or a similar role within a technical environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with engineering principles and project management methodologies.
Experience in risk assessment and lifecycle cost analysis is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to engineering analysis.
Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
