What the Payroll Tax Admin Will Do:

As a Payroll Tax Admin, you will be a key contributor to the Payroll Tax team by handling tasks such as:

Preparing and distributing tax-related documents, including monthly coupons and quarterly returns.
Organizing and processing tax-related materials, ensuring proper routing and tracking.
Managing tax payments and assigning states for quarterly filing schedules.
Keeping email inboxes organized, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring key tasks are completed.
Assisting with W2-related responsibilities and customer support during year-end processes.
Acting as the main point of contact for client reporting requests.
Sorting and distributing incoming mail while maintaining office publications and documents.
Assisting with a variety of office tasks, including document scanning, filing, and coordination with other departments when needed.

What the Company Needs in a Payroll Tax Admin:

The ideal Payroll Tax Admin candidate will have:

Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Experience: Prior administrative experience is essential; experience with accounting tasks is a bonus.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Personal Attributes: A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Additional Skills: Project coordination or management experience is a plus.
