(MTSI) is searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level admin support to taskers that come into the PMO (preparation of statistical reports, conducts research, handles information requests, and performs clerical functions for tasker products) in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities

How you will contribute to our National Security and Defense mission:

As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the Defensive Cyber Operations - Space (DCO-S) organization within Space Systems Command (SSC) in its mission to continuously create, refine, and deliver world-class cyber operations capabilities to address threats within the Space Domain.

Responsibilities:

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

Provide high-level admin support to taskers that come into the Govt. PMO
Prepare statistical reports and conduct research.
Handles information requests for the DCO-S/ Cyber Operations Squadron and on behalf the Commander to include handling high-level taskers utilizing reporting systems
Performs clerical functions for tasker products
Maintains comprehensive and accurate records
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

3 to 10 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Experience using MS365 Office Suite.
Understanding Defense Department and/or Space Force organizational structure, policies, and culture.
Experience handling high level taskers and can utilize reporting systems
Desired: experience with defense or government reporting systems

Education:

Bachelor’s or MA/MS degree
10 years of related professional experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.

Clearance Requirements:

Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $77,800/year to $103,200/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract rates, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location.
